What equipment do I need?

No equipment is REQUIRED to join the Squad, most all workouts can be done with just body weight alone. We do recommend a set of light, medium, heavy weights, a band, a yoga mat or anything else you think you need to be successful!

I just joined, now what?

You should have received an email with next steps (if you didn't, please reach out to support@squad.com).

Once you've reviewed the guidelines, hop into the community and introduce yourself and dive in!

Where can I find call replays?

Call replays can be found in the Facebook group albums marked ‘Squad Call Replays’ within 24 hours of the call!

How do I get to the homepage?

All you have to do is log out and log back into the website!

How can I stream my workouts to a TV?

Apple - Stream video from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to a TV. Connect your device to the same Wi-Fi network as your Apple TV or AirPlay 2-compatible smart TV. Find the video that you want to stream. Tap AirPlay. In some apps, you might need to tap a different button first. For example, in the Photos app, tap Share, then tap AirPlay. Choose your Apple TV or AirPlay 2-compatible smart TV. To stop streaming, tap AirPlay in the app that you're streaming from, then tap your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from the list.


Stream from an IOS to Apple TV - Do one of the following: Mirror the screen of an iOS or iPadOS device on Apple TV: On the iOS or iPadOS device, swipe to open Control Center, tap Screen Mirroring Screen Mirroring icon, then select Apple TV in the list of AirPlay devices. To end mirroring, make sure Control Center is open on your device, tap Screen Mirroring icon, then tap Stop Mirroring. Stream video from an iOS or iPadOS device to Apple TV: Start playing video on the iOS or iPadOS device, tap AirPlay icon in the video window, then select Apple TV in the list of AirPlay devices. To stop streaming, tap AirPlay icon at the top of the screen, then select Play on [iOS or iPadOS device]. Note: If you have an Apple TV 4K and an iOS or iPadOS device that supports 4K HDR video, your videos from the Photos app will stream in full 4K HDR resolution.


Connect Android to TV with HDMI - the simplest solution for connecting your Android phone or tablet to a TV is using an HDMI cable - provided that your device supports streaming over HDMI. You connect one end to the port on the back of your TV, and one end to the charging port on your phone, then change the Source on the TV to view the HDMI input.


Chromecast/Roku (from an Android) - most smart TVs will support screen mirroring from Android. If you don't have a smart TV, wireless display devices such as Chromecast and Roku can facilitate a wireless connection between your phone or tablet and TV, and have many other handy uses, too. Check that the screen mirroring option is enabled in the settings of whichever device you are using.

Now go back to your phone or tablet, and ensure it is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your TV. Find the casting option and select your TV (or your Chromecast/Roku/other wireless HDMI device) to begin mirroring the screen. You may be asked to enter a code displayed on the TV to confirm you are connecting to the correct device. You will want to put your phone or tablet in landscape mode, ensure the content you want to view is open in full-screen mode, and check the volume is not turned down or muted.


Firestick - On your Fire TV, hold the Home button to bring up a new menu and select Mirroring. On your Android smartphone, select Settings > Connected devices > Cast > your Fire TV’s name. To cast to Fire TV from a Samsung phone, swipe down and select Smart View > your Fire TV’s name.


Android Screen Mirroring - Simply swipe down from the top and into your notifications panel. Within there you should find a screen mirroring option, which on Samsung devices is called Smart View. Select the TV or monitor you wish to mirror your phone to and you’ll be good to go.

If you don’t have this feature available, screen mirroring can still be available by downloading the Google Home app. Once downloaded, tap account button at the bottom right corner and scroll down to mirror device, then simply select your TV or monitor.

What are the Squad Challenges? How do I join one?

Squad Challenges are 4-12 week special focuses for existing and new Squad members. You can join a challenge during the open registration period. Enrollment fees apply.

What is the refund policy?

Due to the nature of the content, memberships are non refundable or transferable.

All merchandise, training, subscription and event sales are final.


No refunds, resale or transfers to others.

    Nationwide & some internationally! We have a list of all classes and events available through 'Find A Class!'.

  • Where can I find a class near me?
    Go to 'Find A Class!', find your local area and see if there is classes available! We always adding new classes so bookmark the page and check back often!

  • Are tickets transferable?
    There are no refunds, transfers or exchanges as stated at the time of purchase

  • If a live event is showing as sold out, is it actually?
    Yes

How do I become a Turn Up Ambassador?

Complete 6 months inside the Squad & complete 3 challenges then complete the required training inside the Ambassador Facebook Group and you will be emailed your exclusive TU Ambassador code!
