This program was specifically created with strength training Turn Up style, as the focus, because that is what will completely change your body composition! Your week will consist of 3-4 specified Turn Up STRENGTH days, along with 2-3 Turn Up Dance HIIT days. The way these workouts synergistically work together to create incredible results, will blow your mind. The craziest part about it? You’ll start looking forward to your workouts every day, even when they’re tough…you can’t WAIT, cuz it’s FUN AF and empowering. It’s the physical practice of becoming HER. 

This will have all the juicy goodness of what your daily tasks will be outside of your workouts, it will have space for you to plan out your days, organize your life, and make sure you stay focused AF on killing the IM HER challenge along with everything else you’re attacking throughout your day! We will have 3 key elements to this challenge, BE A FIVE STAR CHICK, GO 0 to 100 REAL QUICK, and IM HER ROUTINE CHECK. Those should not make any sense to you right now, but they will and they hold the major key alerts to doing the damn thang!!!

When I tell you these calls are everything, I mean it. Each Monday throughout this challenge we will have a specific theme/goal for the call and we will come together to strategize, discuss and perform (they’re all recorded if you can’t make it live too). The motto of this challenge is “to find yourself is an act of love, to express yourself is an act of rebellion”…OOPH. These calls will tap into that over and over again, in sooooo many different ways that I cannot wait to get into with you!

So After Dark is what we call our choreo breakdown class. Where we take a 1 minute choreo to a sexy song, and break it down step, by step, by step, so you can work on your craft in a new way, so you can get closer to yourself and connect with your body in a new way, and obviously so you can give yourself an experience that challenges you will is the most fun EVER. We love a good After Dark class, but especially when it comes time to practice being HER…around valentines day!

Tanci will lead lessons and speak INTO this exclusive group will giving time to have small group interactions to dive even further to becoming HER. These lessons will always be recorded! These meetings are intimate, special, and hard to put into words, Tanci WILL take you to your next level. 

part of this process is surrounding yourself with like minded women, if you’re here and curious about the Turn Up, I am going to assume that you know the power of getting into “rooms” with women who match your energy, commitment, and focus…and even challenge you to go harder, while loving you through the process, this exclusive group IS ALL OF THAT and more.

Virtual instructor training will begin the same day as the challenge (February 5th) and you will graduate on the 19th! You will then be able to complete the rest of the 6 weeks of the challenge as a Turn Up instructor diving into her craft and becoming exactly who you want to be!

*the reason why Tier 3 doesn’t have access to tier 2 is because this will be an exclusive small group, in itself, that you will be required to pour yourself into! You will not have time to give to tier 2—as instructor training will be your focus alongside of the challenge!
